Catalyst Kinetics is a group-style training program designed to provide young athletes the opportunity to improve overall athletic ability, while targeting specific needs of each participant. Participants will receive group and individualized training with the goal of improving athletic performance and aid in reducing the risk and severity of injury.

Calling youth athletes in 6th through 9th grade!!!
Catalyst Physical Therapy is pleased to offer our next session of Catalyst Kinetics, an injury prevention and conditioning program spearheaded by Dr. Amy Messer, DPT.
The Fall 2019 session will run for 6 weeks and is open to youth in 6th through 9th grades. We will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting October 22, 2019 from 4 to 5 PM at Elevate: Fitness and Performance Training (204 W. Main Street, Hamilton, MT 59840).
The cost is $100 per participant and you must be registered to attend. Please submit your registration by October 21, 2019 as space is limited. Attendance at all sessions is strongly suggested.
